Dear Hunt Valley Catering,
This note is long overdue, but I suppose late is certainly better than never!
Just in case you don't remember me, you catered our wedding at the
Gramery Mansion on November 23, 2002. I don't even know what to
say...everything was absolutely fabulous! The service was impeccable,
the food was delicious, the presentation was wonderful. Everything well
exceeded my expectations! It all just turned out more wonderful than I
ever could have imagined. You were the first caterer we met for our
wedding, and after meeting you and tasting some of the options you
offer, we knew we did not need to look any further. We knew we
would be in good hands with you and your staff, and were so
relieved to know you would be handling our affair. I got so many
compliments throughout the night about the food...and I completely
agreed with them all!
I'm sure you know you and your team do a fabulous job; that's why
you are in this business. But, I just wanted to thank you for the
wonderful job you did. I was never worried from the minute I met
you about how things would turn out (though they turned out
even better than I had ever imagined!), and not having to worry
about the catering was definitely one less stress during my
wedding planning. The catering is such a huge part of the
wedding, and it was really a relief to know that it was
going to be exceptional in every aspect.
I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know getting married,
and will definitely contact you again if any big events come
up for us! Thank you again for an absolutely superb job!
